Thankyou sooooo much for all your lovely help I onlynwent down to 1200 in the first place cos my fitness pal calculator told me too! I am so relieved as i am lying in bed now,'starving hungry , with a sore throat and cold and really fedup. This has cheered me no end! My tdee is 1600.

But how? How do ou eat to lose? I dont get the opportunity to exercise in the day so have tried to stick to 1200 cals and 30 mins walking a night Please please tell me how to eat to lose cos i think 1200 cals is hard to sustain
