I read a post on here saying eat to lose. I find it hard to stick to 1200 cals a day so am desperate to know what this means. I have 17 lbs to lose and wantto know the best way. I only get about anhour to myself early eveningto exercise so what shall i do and how shall i do it? Manythanks
just wondered if anyone knew how to hit 3500g of potassium (which is apparently my goal on 1200 calories per day) Theres only so many bananas i can take,,, Just cNt seem to manage this level.
