Seems like a lot of people have the same goal weight as me, about 140. I'll see how I feel when I get there. In high school I was between 125 and 130 and I feel like that might be too thin for me now. I am currently 196 so I still have a ways to go. Good luck everyone!

5'7" on the dot SW: 222 CW: 198.6 GW: 140 I've been as small as 125 at my height and looked sickly. I was still in a size 8 pants at that point due to my child birthing hips! 140 would be ideal for me I think.

I second upping the calories. I started at 1390 and I was barely losing anything. I bumped it up 200 and starting losing 1.5 pounds a week. Also you could try zig zagging them.

I am the same way! I always have to have something to eat after dinner. Try drinking some tea. Last night I had some herbal tea with mint flavoring and added some Truvia and it worked! The other option is to eat less calories during the day and save some for at night.

Since weight fluctuates so much during the day/week, I weigh myself every Monday morning after I use the bathroom and use that as my official number.

Have you tried using coupons at all? I am an avid couponer and I have been able to save so much on food items, including vegetables and fruits! Also I have been able to get free toiletry items and thus, have more money in the budget for fresh stuff. Feel free to add or PM me.

No diabetes or anything, great blood pressure and cholesterol too, just overweight. I'm more concerned about it affecting my weight loss. When I think sugar I think candy and sugary cereal, I don't think of milk and vegetables and fruit.
