My husband got me Wii Zumba 2 and I tried it last night and I love it. Worked up a sweat and had fun. It will take some time to get the moves down though.

Only 73 calories in an hour? That is not right. I wear a polar heart rate monitor and for a good workout I burn between 500-600 calories in an hour. Depends on your weight/age and intensity. Hope that helps.

I cannot imagine two hours! Good for you. The instructor did a great job showing me how to adjust the seat. I can't wait to wear my heart rate monitor (forgot it last night) and see how many calories I burn!

I plan on doing a mix of Spin, Barre, TRX and Zumba. The instructor also said the pain would go away so I'll just deal with it. I'll look into the shoes.

I started Power 90 quite a while ago and finished the first 30 days and have since slacked. I do have my 30 day pics posted in my profile, I lost 7 pounds and 9.5 inches in those 30 days. Good luck. I'm currently on Phase 3-4 but haven't been doing them consistently. Summer is hard!

Yep sorry not possible. I went from a 42DD to a 36D and still have another 30 pounds to lose. My wedding rings need to be re-sized but my *kitten* is still huge. Fat comes off wherever it damn well pleases.

I am just shy of 5'7" and currently 170 pounds. I am just starting to look somewhat healthy. My goal weight is about 140. I was 125-130 in high school and looking back I was scrawny.

You are correct, if you put that you exercise 4-5 times a week, don't add them. I sit at work all day so I selected Sedentary and I eat some of my exercise calories, especially if it is a high burn and I am hungry.

I went to zumba for a long time at my local Y. There are women (and a few brave men) of all shapes and sizes, ages and abilities. There was a woman there and she had to be close to 80, she was barely moving but she was moving! Big women, small women, please don't be afraid to go, it is very fun and burns tons of calories…

I found a recipe on Pinterest where you add avocado instead of mayo and it was delicious! I added a bit of garlic powder, pinch of salt and some lime juice which kept it fresher longer! Definitely recommend!

Maybe I got bad Quinoa? I cooked it in chicken broth like a friend told me to do and I made a pilaf like the package said. When I put it into my mouth it tasted good but had a horrible after taste! I can't get myself to try it again.
