  • Higher protein and fiber plus lots of water! Snacking on almonds is a great way to fill yourself without overdoing it, one serving is about 28 nuts. Eating one at a time and chewing really well makes it feel like you're eating a lot more. For me that helps bc I am a notorious snacker. :happy:
  • Dieting shouldn't be about cutting out the things you like. Moderation is the key. GOOD FOR YOU!!! and every better you managed to stay within your calories!!! Thats my goal, still working on that one :smile:
  • At work I have a 16 oz cup that I refill. Everytime I get up to strech, grab a snack or use the restroom I refill it - well drink whatever is left and then refill it. Also, the way i look at it is if my cup is empty it gives me an opportunity to leave my desk and walk around for a few minutes to go refill it.
  • I don't try to use a busy schedule as an excuse, but working 13 hrs a day is what I qualify as busy, but I do like the idea of finding local activities, that helps plan ahead and schedule time to train for and participate in an event.
  • This is a great topic/question! I enjoy drinking lemon water but rarely do unless I go out. I did not realize it did have any extra health benefits, good to learn. :smile:
