Swimming, would also be a good choice. low impact, good cardio, etc. There is the having to put a bathing suit on thing, but once past that, its fun, its summer, it wont feel like exercise!

could some one tell me what the texture of overnight oatmeal is - soft like regular oatmeal, or a llittle crunchier like granola. i'm not a fan of cooked oatmeal (weird thing I know) but if it was a crunchier texture I;d try it.

thanks, i kinda figured that, but still annoying to wear jackets that do not fit well. hopefully it will get better. yeah, i do have a lot fo weight to lose, and I am refusing to purchase larger clothes. I wont do it. so I need to get smaller.

I just started too, feel muscles I never knew I had! My understanding is, that you alternate workout A & B for each workout in each stage. (I.e.
