@RunnerElizabe Yea, it's the dryness of the cold that kills me. I'm gonna try some new clothing and maybe that'll help keep my lungs, body etc warm & pain free! @Chels0722 YES, it definitely beats running on a treadmill. So you know how the lovely Texas weather can vary hour to hour!

@Chels0722 I live in Odessa, TX and I'm sure it doesn't get anywhere near as cold here as it does for you! My "cold" is anything under 60, the norm here for this time of year is usually 90+. -I'm not used to the cold weather, hence the reason I'm in pain attempting to run in it! :sick:

I have the same body type! I am 5'6" and currently weigh 156 and my goal is 145 at the lowest. When I was around 135lbs I looked disproportionate bc I have a large rib cage and shorter legs on a leg to abdomen ratio.

If you search for this you will notice all of the groups are blocked. That is bc it is extremely unhealthy and against MFP rules and what the site promotes. You should really look into the side effects it causes, it's not worth it at all. Plus, you will gain everything back along with a hormonal screw up package.

I do a form of it but I do the 17:7, where I fast for 17 hrs and only eat for 7 hours a day. I personally love it and wish I would have started much sooner! Yes, and they are fitted very well to give the lift if needed! If you do get some don't be frightened when you open the package they appear SUPER small but they stretch. Lol I received mine and swore they looked like a pair of youth pants.
