Holy Cow! You are not the same person. Awesome job ~ wish I had your willpower.

Great Job! Congratulations and keep up the great work.

I enjoy the trampoline along with the kids! The hula hoop is fun, too. I would love to learn how to in-line skate (didn't have those as a kid). They look like an awesome workout!
-
Well said. Love it.
-
I am going running too!

What? Nude pictures? Why was I not aware of this!??!

My first 5K was 30 minutes. My PR is 26:14. My goal PR is anything UNDER 26 minutes. LOL.

5'6" and wouldn't change a thing. :)

Congratulations! That's a BIG sweet potato! I remember when I completed my first mile (doing the c25k). I don't have a phone to calculate, so after I ran, I drove the route in my car to make sure it was a mile. LOL. The milestones will keep coming and coming. It's so rewarding ~ congratulations again and keep it up! :)

My exact thoughts.

You are beautiful inside and out. Thank you for sharing your story and being an inspiration to others.

I just burned 767 at the track. Guess I'll treat myself to 3/4 of a burger and a sip of beer.

Congratulations! I am a fan of 30DS and with results like yours, it's easy to see why. Congrats again!
-
I like the 30DS and still do it a couple of times a week and still see results. Sounds like she is trying to get her customers to spend more money. LOL.

If it hurts DON'T do it. I hurt my knee doing the 30DS (twisted it weird when doing jumping jacks) and took forever to get better because I didn't let myself rest. I suggest rest and ice. You will only "ruin everything" if you don't rest and let your body heal. You can always do upper body exercise in the meantime. :)

I have a running journal and there is a space to log in your weight every week. The journal is set up so Monday is the beginning of the week so that's when I weigh in.

Truly amazing!

Honestly, I would suggest having a professional do it if you are so uncertain. I used to use Turbo Tax but switched to a CPA a few years ago and the piece of mind that comes with using a professional is priceless to me. I use a CPA with a good rep and she has helped us a lot over the years. And, the fact that you didn't…

Congratulations! I'm also a "graduate" of c25k and currently training for my first half-marathon.

Holy Cow! Amazing transformation. Congratulations on your dedication and hard work. Your daughter is adorable and SO lucky to have a father that loves her so much.

Same here. I'm going to bed in about an hour. I have over 500 calories left and I'm not hungry. I did eat good today, I just exercised more than usual. I think I will have some hot tea and call it a night....

Thank you for the input. I didn't think it was normal to be in this much pain. I'm not one to complain either, so it really is bothering me. I will talk to the trainer about it, too. I just didn't want her to think I was being a baby. LOL.
-
Wait. Diet Coke is NOT good for you???
-
Yeah, what she said.
-
I've been interested in starting. Thanks for the info and the awesome pics!

I made a similar soup last week but instead of tomatoes, it had fresh mushrooms. I did add chicken. Cooked all day in the crockpot. And, the good news is, the whole family loved it. :)

I would consider all these great suggestions here. I will emphasize a few that have helped me: Make sure you are properly fueled and hydrated before you run. Do not run too fast when you start out -- conserve your energy and let your body tell you how much you can handle. Running is VERY mental. Whether you are training or…

WOW! Amazing transformation and impressive stats. Congratulations!
