I lost weight, definitely. Well, I was on the diet for probably 2 and a half weeks. My calorie intake was probably just under 900 calories (like 860) and sometimes it would be just under 800 calories (like 780). Never, ever, ever weigh yourself after you shower. You'd be much heavier (by around 2-5lbs). Weigh yourself as soon as you wake up (go to the bathroom if you need to first though).

Yeah. A couple of days ago in the morning I weighed myself. I was 0.6lbs heavier. I thought it was strange. Later on that night I began my period so I thought that explained it. Normally I gain 4lbs during my period. I just wanted to double check.

I've always been taught that eating late makes you gain weight because the food you eat late won't be burned off by any daily activity. Diet coke doesn't make me feel hungry though. It fills me up (and some of my friends too).

I'm going back to Uni and I want to look thinner and prettier.

I'm netting around 900. I want to increase the net to about 1100 but I don't want to gain weight so I'm taking it slowly so that I gradually increase my net and not suddenly increase it. After 5 weeks I'll increase my net to 1100.

Thanks for the response you guys. I tend to lose a lot of weight quickly. Last year I wasn't dieting but I lost 27lbs in 2 months and I wasn't even trying (just eating the foods I enjoy but no snacking). So I thought I could lose some more quicker. But thanks anyway.

Hmm. Okay then. My friends all managed to drop 2 dress sizes in 1 month and they haven't been starving themselves and they've been working out. So I thought I could do the same. Overall I'd love to be 40lbs lighter and maintain this weight loss and not go any lower. I thought I could do this quicker. But 20lbs in 5 weeks…
