A good friend of mine had this problem so we gave him pinto beans with rice and blended it and put it into a cake decorators bag it worked well and tasted good.

I believe the best thing to make that is healthy for you is ceviche. Its shrimp,crabmeat,avocado, lemon juice, onions, tomatoes and dont forget the celantro!! If you dont want to use shrimp you can sub with a type of white fish.

Makes sense, I do eat healthy and always hit or pass my protein goals. I am at the gym 5 to 6 times a week. I just started doing my cardio before I do my weight training and hoping this will help me to drop weight i know there are different rules of thumb on this topic. Thanks for your input.

My son-in-law is a trainer and he has me doing 10 minutes on the bike as a warm-up, then my weight training then I go back and do 10 min on the stairmaster and 30 min on the bike.
