I’ll have to agree it is hard to get motivated to do your work out or complete your work out during “lady time.” I can normally stick to my calorie goals pretty well but I never seem to work out for as long. Hey Ladies, I have tried myfitnesspal before and got bored when I didn’t have any success. I have renewed motivation with my recent engagement! I completely agree- I refuse to post my weight on here becuase as I don't want anyone to know what number I'm at. Your right somone would probably kill to be where I am. It is all a preference and we all have are own struggles to get through to where we want to be. :D

Yea I guess I don't really understand how you could lose weight if you eat them back. But then again I bet most People have cut back on the calories they are taking in.... See before I started doing this I ate like once a day and never broke 1000 calories. So this is forcing me to eat smaller more times a day.

Well today wasn't my best day I was over calories before I ate dinner. I had a light dinner ands got on the elliptical. I ended up being under but I normally don't eat back my exercise calories. Do you guys?
