Oh I don't get that kind of exercise all the time it was something a friend bought up she does and didn't wanna post it so I'm asking. I wish it was a part of my daily life lol. I thought she had a good point so I put it out there for ppls opinions

It's deep water aerobics, I spoke to my trainer and she said it should be more than a moderate swim as u have all the resistance of the water and just the legs going up and down alone is burning 8 cals per minute so add the arms in to and ur who body trying to stay afloat and moving should be a lot more then the sit ups…
