It's only toning exersice I'll need to do like swimming Pilates yoga fitball that kind of stuff and the plan is already in place to get u eating a full healthy diet after the programme

This will maybe sound harsh Hun but use some willpower and just say no to it all. If u really want to lose it then no is the best word for u. Eat healthy it might help ur cramps too. When I was eating crap my cramps were double and exersice is great to rid them too

i was exercising before I started this diet so I can carry it on. If u just start to diet then u will struggle. As for the long term u don't do a diet like this long term u do it till u get off what u want and then u go through the steps to maintain ur weight and it is do able I have a few friends do it and keep it off.…

I get headaches not really an IBS sufferer I just saw it was good for that. My mate has it and I'm the one with headaches so this is why she booked us both in for it. I heard u can lose weight having it too but do u put it straight back on when u eat?

I try not to eat my cals back i just have them there as a bonus but I save a few incase I'm hungry when I'm out the gym but then I just have something light.

Mmmmm salt and vinegar snack a jacks it's mini rice cakes but they do loads of flavours so I treat myself they are 98 cals for a bag.

Yet cleaning is classed? And the cal burn is fairly good. How do know if it's light or vigorous? Is it one of those u have fallen out with ur man and take out on the house cleaning it? So it's vigorous rather than just putting the Hoover round?
