I don't see why not!

My goal is to finish it in 30 days (or verrrrrrry close to that). I want to do 10 days of each level. I took BEFORE pics as motivation (and I'm looking at them every single day as not to lose that motivation).

How much more than 5 lbs? I think it's possible. I just wouldn't expect results like that EVERY week/ 2 weeks.
-
Alright, I'm going for it! ;-)
-
For me - it's when I found myself running outside instead of going to the gym. LOVE running (and it's a huge stress reliever to boot!).

WOOT!

I did my second day of the 30DS today. Holy crap, my THIGHS are burning! I thought I was fit (because I run), but clearly I am lacking in the muscle department....it hurts to sit down and pee ---and to walk down stairs...Oh em gee! That being said - I can't wait to see the results in 28 days :)
-
I think I'm going to do the first 10 days at level 1. I definitely wouldn't say it was easy, though. But I'm a runner so I was working muscles I don't normally work.

I drink my coffee with a splash of milk and NO SUGAR. You'd be surprised by the amount of calories/sugars by doing this (and by splash, I mean 1-2 tsp).

You guys are all ridiculously amazing! Soooooo inspiring. Seriously! I only have about 20-25 to lose to be at the weight that I want to be but I am ABSOLUTELY amazed by all these posts.
-
So so awesome! I hope to have similar results!
-
You look amazing! Great job!
-
So awesome! I just started the 30DS today so this is inspiring!
-
So freakin' amazing! You (now) are what I want to be (well, 130). I have about 20 lbs to lose. What an inspiration!
-
So awesome! Keep up the good work!
-
I finished day 1 today. It's no joke! I logged it under circuit training....
-
I love this! What a sweet post!
-
You are amazing! You should be proud of yourself :)
-
So much inspiration here! :-)
-
Looks like there is a great support group here! Thanks for all of the feedback, ladies!
-
So it really works? Glad to hear it! :-)

You can add me if you want! I'm a runner, too - injured the tendon on my left foot and totally fell off track after not being able to run for about a month (argh!). I gained about 5 lbs (wanted to lose 15 originally) - so now I'm 20 lbs from my goal..
-
to run a half marathon!
-
Well, I'm 5'4" - but SW- 154 CW-152 GW -130

And I'm so glad I posted this! Looks like there are a lot in the same boat - lets be each others motivation :) And for those that are losing - what's your secret? I like to run/ weight train - it's finding the time that is the hardest. Lately I've only been able to run a couple of times a week - Ideally I'd like it to be…
-
I should also add that I'm 5'4".
-
Glad you posted this. My "bad" spots are my belly and chest. Blech!

Keep doing what you're doing! Things that you don't log can definitely add up (for example - one day I forgot to log my pumpkin coffee that I had - thinking it didn't have any calories (because the one I have at home doesn't) - well, it was Dunks - and when I looked it up, it was almost 300 calories! That's a lot!! :ohwell:
