Need some motivation...
I'm a 5'4" Mom of two. I love running (getting back into it) - but would love to hear about your favorite strength training exercises. My biggest problem areas are my thighs, boobs, and stomach. Thanks in advance for the advice!!

Self Sabotage
I swear - I get on track, do really well with diet and exercise - lose weight/tone, then I get cocky and it all goes to hell. Do you eat your calories back?
I've heard that you should, but I also heard that you shouldn't. My daily goal is 1300 (MFP said it should be 1200 but I was staaaaaaaarving!) and I burned about 900 calories yesterday. If I didn't eat any of the calories back I would've died (okay, not really died). That being said - I didn't eat ALL of the calories back…

Running in addition to the 30DS
My muscles are SO sore (and I'm only on Day 2 of the Shred). I don't want to mess up my running routine, though, so I'm tempted to still run tomorrow. Too much? Should I wait until the soreness goes away or just go for it?
