30 Day Shred Progress PIP

I don't know if this qualifies as a "success", but it's only been a week, I'm down 2 lbs and I can definitely see a change:

I'm happy with the results so far - I wish I had taken an inch measurement on day 1, but I forgot - I'll try and take them tonight. I've completed 7 days so far - can't wait to see the results after 30 days!

In addition to the thirty day shred - I also burn between 300 - 700 calories in other exercises (mostly cardio) -but this is by far the most toning I've ever done!
