Self Sabotage

I swear - I get on track, do really well with diet and exercise - lose weight/tone, then I get cocky and it all goes to hell.
I just got a fit bit - and summer is about to start so I need to get back on the bandwagon.
Any suggestions on how to get PAST the hurdle. I want to look good, but more importantly, I want to FEEL good.
(that being said I'd ideally like to lose about 20 lbs...but 30 would be my dream goal.

Stop being cocky? :P
I read a quote the other day that motivated me about this whole weightloss journey.
"Be proud, but never satisfied".
Sure in the long run, it might be a bit too much. But at the start of your journey? DEFINITELY. Losing 5 lbs in a battle to lose 30-100 lbs is an accomplishment, but it is NOT a reason to celebrate by stuffing yourself with food again. That 5 lb weight loss should be motivation to lose more, not reward yourself by eating again.0
