As a 5'4" gal - this is big motivation for me. Great job, girls!

I need to start it again. I got 14 days in last time and stopped. I wish I had finished it! Maybe I will start it again tonight! :)

So amazing! You should be VERY proud of yourself!

Well - I thought I was "fit", but clearly I wasn't as fit as I thought I was. She has you work so many muscles. If you get sore - it's a good thing - it means you're working muscles you aren't use to working - and soreness =progress. If it seems difficult at first, that's ok. YOU WILL GET THERE! Good luck - you can do it!…
-
I want to get that one, too! :)

I just posted pics of my progress after only 7 days. I can't wait to see what my pics look like after 30. Good Luck - you can do it!
-
Great job! You look good!!

I meant to post this on the success board. Is there a way to delete it?

Treadmill with 15+ incline and 4.2 speed (on average I burn about 150 calories every 10 minutes!). Also - running 6.0 mph or higher....
-
You look amazing! Great job!

I don't think I've ever had a flat stomach in my life - I want it so bad! And, is it bad that I plan on continuing the 30DS even after the 30 days are over? It becomes addicting after a while!

Girl - you look amazing! My (original) goal is 30 lbs - you can add me if you want :)

I loved having the Nike+ in my Nike sneaks - but I looove my Saucony's . It's like running on air (plus, I have high arches so they're a better fit for me).
-
Awesome!
-
I think it's possible. I was burning 150 calories/10 minutes on the treadmill today and I'm 150 lbs (4.4 speed and 15+ incline).

I log mine as circuit training.

It burns a decent amount of calories, it's a great stress reliever...

That means that your muscles are being worked - it's a good thing. I finished day 4 today. Slowly, but surely the pain is going away :)

I was thinking this today while I was on the treadmill (I did the Shred first, then went to the gym a couple of hours later...). I'd be interested to see the responses!

Thanks for the responses everyone! I appreciate it!
