I want Nike+ because I can put my sensor inside and track my walking. I eventually want to get up to jogging short then longer distances. Any suggestions???

My best suggestion is, if you have a running specialty shop close by, go and get fitted with the correct type of shoe (cushioning, stability, motion control) for your gait. You don't need to buy the most expensive shoes in the shop but proper fit is critical (the last thing you want is blisters and sore feet)0

I loved having the Nike+ in my Nike sneaks - but I looove my Saucony's . It's like running on air (plus, I have high arches so they're a better fit for me).0
