I'm 47 also....add me as a friend and don't forget slow & steady wins the race. I always say I'm the tortoise in the race because my weight comes off so slow (about 1-1.5lbs a week) WE CAN DO THIS :smile:

The best part about ZUMBA is everyone is at their own level and it is sooo much fun. Trust me you won't look like an idiot either eventually you learn all the steps and moves :smile:

well what I started to do was just up my calories by about 100 (my mfp setting is 1200) I exercise 6 days a week and was going nowhere so I upped my calories and have dropped weight steadily (not much, but 1.5 lbs every week for 4 weeks in a row). Good luck hope this helps:smile:

well for me I only weigh in once a week (I do Friday mornings) as I find that your weight does fluctuate every day and all day long....so for me I would try to stick with the same day at about the same time....oh by the way feel free to add me as a friend if you would like......hope this was helpful :)
