if you go about the TDEE -20....you don't count your exercise calories, but if you do the TDEE at sedentary then you add in exercise calories...make sense?....with you only having to lose a few more lbs the weight will come of slower...you should be about -15%

I would try a few sited to gather BMR and TDEE and then take the average.....some other sites are fitnessfrog and fat2fitradio......hope this helps :)

try setting your macros to 40 (carbs), 30 each (fat and protein) that should increase it a little more and if you still go over....NO PROBLEM (this is a good thing to be over on) :)

my hubby has a smoothie almost every morning with raw eggs 2 to be exact

when I did the 30 day shred back in Jan (there was a group of us) .... quite a few women actually gained that first couple of weeks....so don`t worry about the slight gain (I myself lost 3 lbs , but 11 inches or something like that in the month) as for the calories it really depends on you....... if you`re starving up them…

Have you tried washing the chest strap....I don't have that kind, but I've seen other people say to wash the strap..does it have a .battery?

I did it in January and loved it.....do as much for as long as you can and if you need to rest....do it, but also challenge yourself....I've started it again and do 2 levels back to back every second day (just for something different)
