ok...I workout at least (average) 5x week (60-90 mins w/cardio & weights) and do regular house chores and have a sitting job.....so am I lightly active or sedentary........this may help me with my true TDEE.....(because what I was doing before wasn't changing anything) and also do I deduct 20% from this total...(.I did the in place of a raodmap 2.0 and had it set at active ......have been doing this for 10 weeks).....Thanks for all your help

I don't know by looking at your diary but what are you suppose to be eating? because if it's 1600 you are over that by between 100 and 500 most days.
I would go back and recheck your numbers again. I would also call you moderately active, certainly not sedentary.
edited to add, Have you had your BMR checked. It could be lower than the online calculators are suggesting as mine was.0 -
Guess I should have added that I JUST reset my numbers to 1600 before I posted this....so I'll go back and put them back where they were0

Including your exercise, I'd say you are moderately active.
You might also consider calculating your TDEE without exercise, and then eating your exercise calories back. In that case you are probably lightly active.
The amount you deduct from your TDEE depends on how much body fat you have / how much weight you have left to loose. If you need to loose 20lbs or less, consider TDEE-15%. It will help you transition to maintenance and preserve all that muscle you've worked so hard for.0 -
Moderately active if your exercising 5 times per wk for 60-90 min each.0

Ok I thought that may have been the case.0
