I've never belonged to a gym. I lost most of my weight so far using the Wii Fit Plus with some Biggest Loser and Just Dance Wii games tossed in as well as various dvd's. I also like to be active outside when weather permits, taking long walks, etc.

Not unexpected, but I used to Volksmarch in Germany so we would walk either 10km (6.2 miles) or 20km (12.4 miles). It's great exercise!

I always go for steamed vegetables and rice for a low calorie option. My favorite is Buddha's Delight.

I think the best thing is to just get to know him better. That way you will hopefully feel more comfortable with him and vice versa so that he may make his feelings known and/or by that time you will feel more comfortable letting him know yours. :)

Cereal is a great lunch if you don't have it for breakfast. There are plenty of cereals to switch up too so you don't get bored. :)

I use Wii Fit Plus daily. You burn more once you get to the advanced levels. The 30 minute run or bike ride are great. I often do boxing and skateboarding too. Advanced step is a nice warmup.

p.s. - the little method of HIIT that I use is 26 minutes. Not bad for quick weight loss...

Running in place using high intensity interval training. I found out about it in searching the forums for HIIT where you can find more info. I use a Wii Fit Plus everyday and I love it. You get more intensity once you move to advanced levels. I never do the basic levels if I can avoid it. You can absolutely get a good workout if you stick with it and advance. I also try and include a 30 minute Free Run or the Free Ride Course on the Island Cycling on each…

I packed my freezer as full as it would go so that everything would stay frozen longer. Stocked up on non perishables: had plenty of cereal and rice dream (doesn't need to be refrigerated until opened), soups, peanut butter, etc. We made some home made bread to have around too.
