any recommendations? i'd like to check some out from the library this weekend before i go grocery shopping :)

    I have a wonderful veggie cookbook called: The Best Ever Vegetarian Cookbook by Nicola Graimes. If you find good recipes let me know. I am not vegetarian (yet) just a wanna be with a husband who does not want to be.

    I'm a big fan of the Veganomicon and How it All Vegan. I've gotten some truly delicious recipes out of those!!

    I've tried a few from Appetite for Reduction that were yummy - vegan recipes.
