I just finish day 1 level 1 last night. I have done it on youtube but never made it more then 15 min. last night i made it from warm up to cool down. i did have to pause a few times, but still finished it and today my legs feel like jello. lol

MFP was telling me i was burning 289 cal for 20 min and my elliptical said it was about 125. its like way off. any recommendations for and HRM that is not to pricey???

i was just going to say that even your family looks healthier but i did not want you to take it wrong. You are an AWESOME mom!!!! You all look great, I hope to do the same with my 5 kids. I want to help them all have a healthier lifestyle. Good job mom keep it up!!!!!

I started this last night after trying another video that i did not like. It was very hard! my joints started to hurt and i gave up half way through. i am going to do it again to night, i am sure that i can go longer. i started another video first and made it 10 into that one before starting the 30 shred.
