mine dont seem to have changed much.but when I look rationally at them in the bras I bought when I started to get more active they have, as they sit in the bras nicely (45lbs ago there was overhang), and I'm now getting gaps and puckers. When I hold them there also seems to be less volume/weight. Mine have fed 6 kids…

I don't drink because I *can.* I can get drunk and wake up perfectly fine the next day. I also know that I could drink all day every day, that tendency is always there, so I don't. Add to that its a waste of money and empty calories, and as such I see no real need to drink. People who push me to drink can be annoying. If I…

Thankfully I can walk 10 mins to buy that!

people who are late, especially when there is a set time for things. 2pm appointment? that is across town? leave a wee bit earlier to be there on time. Even more so when I am the one who is meant to be driving them to their appointment and they are late/not ready to leave. Sorry, but I am not speeding so you are on time.…

I did. I was sooooo sick of micromanaging the calories in food and out of exercise that I gave up in November. I restarted again in Jan (with no weight loss or gain in the time off) and gave up counting the calories in the basic things, like each and every slice of tomato or lettuce leaf in a salad roll, or every carrot…

I use Hermesetas. Mostly due to the cost of real sugar, but also for the lack of calories. When I switched over I was drinking far more coffee than I do now, and those sugar based calories added up. I use the fake stuff in drinks (tea, coffee, home made lemonade), but I use the real thing in baking (can't bake bread…

That's about how I feel about it too. I also want somewhere to 'call my own' as it were without friends and family checking up on me.

choose a time that suits you, set the alarm on your phone for that time, and do it. Me? I'm a morning person. A friend sent me a text one morning at 6:20 am and as that was easy enough to get up and DO, that is MY time for the morning walk.

I'm not sure how accurate the MFP BMR is to start with. MFP says mine is 1440, the average of other sites is 1580 or something.

First was kitchen scales. Next was a sports bra - something bought for ME rather than to impress whoever was looking at the bewbs. Then NEW shoes (and looking at way more expensive ones even). Aside from the very expensive shoes, I am also looking at a push bike, and I have been going INTO sports stores, and joined dance…

I don't use them up, I just keep them in mind if I think I WILL go over 'today.' I don't actually count the weeks worth and say 'woo..an extra 1000 to use, lets pig out.' Same if I go over a bit all week and don't 'feel hungry' on the weekend. I might have a lean day.

I boil my tap water before drinking as a rule if I am drinking tap water, but I prefer bottled water too. I can't say that Fiji water was any better than others available on the shelf at the supermarket (I prefer pop tops over screw caps). Maybe I need to have another one to check

I find them a GREAT way to add up just how many snacks I had...like...6 of them O.o

I've heard you need to change things too. I've been walking 12 times a week thinking that was a great effort, but just one hour of dance class showed me that some muscles have been neglected. I wouldn't have thought there was that much difference between walking/running and dancing, but it seems there is.

I had them with a slap up stir fry the other night myself. I think they, and their Woolies counterpart Slim Pasta, will end up being a regular pantry addition.

Doesn't have to be a treat. Could be 500 cals of...apples if you wanted the er...runs. ;)

I've had a bit of a think..and, assuming *I* don't have to make it...tiramisu. Nice rich, creamy, proper stuff.

I'm not, but does your gym have a notice board where you might be able to pin up something?

I only read the first page, so forgive me if this was posted before. I found this list - http://thestir.cafemom.com/love_sex/132877/35_brutally_honest_reasons_men - very interesting. These were listed BY MEN.

I knit, and crochet. Sometimes I have a plan of what I want to make, sometimes I surf the net looking for interesting things. Of course, there is always housework/cooking/yardwork to do. I also make rag rugs, read, or watch movies. I spend much of my day sitting in front of the computer chatting. I can knit or crochet at…

I prefer the real meat version ;) ok...quinoa is a good one too. I've looked at the prices of the actual supplements on the shelf and about died at the prices. For that sort of money I'll have real food, thanks. Although..I am now wondering whether the companies will send out samples...that might be worth a look too. ETA,…

I'm wondering if a 2$ shop might have some? Our Tasmanian one, Chickenfeed, often has strange things from overseas, and I think that is where I actually saw Quaker oats.

I've seen Laughing Cow at A Coles (not mine, coz I haven't looked). Some is on special (reduced to clear) at my Woolies this week. Woolies also have Val Verde tomatoes with olives which (my) Coles don't have. Woolies also have the brown rice crackers I like. Not to mention the fuel is right there, so is a greengrocer,…

Perhaps the wagon stopped to let you off and deal with the stress in a way that will make sense to you. Accept that you had a stressful day, and get back on the wagon, remembering just how crappy you felt the day after. Life is full of stress in one way or another. How you deal with it is up to you. For some it might be a…

I have a 500 L freezer, and do just this. I can think of red lentil dahl, coconut ginger chicken and minestrone in mine off the top of my head. problem is, they are the leftover leftovers and I'm kind of sick of having them but they are there for next time. ;)

I can do the first three, but tinned soup gives me indigestion. Toast sounds good for tonight :)

Oh, I'll have to look for those. Have to go back that way tomorrow.
