I started my monthly commitments on 9/9. I commit to: -no soda. I was up to 3-5 cans a DAY and went cold turkey with it. -no smoking. Bad, bad, nasty habit! -drinking at least 6 glasses of water a day. I'm a horrible water drinker, but I am really making the effort. I'm adding on a commitment of 500 minutes of exercise…
