On September 4th, I committed to 30 days with no added sugar, so no pop, no candy, no sugary coffee drinks. This is Day 8.

    I am also committing to:

    - doing yoga every morning
    - going to bed on time!
  • I started my monthly commitments on 9/9. I commit to:

-no soda. I was up to 3-5 cans a DAY and went cold turkey with it.
-no smoking. Bad, bad, nasty habit!
-drinking at least 6 glasses of water a day. I'm a horrible water drinker, but I am really making the effort.

I'm adding on a commitment of 500 minutes of exercise (counting the 85 I've already done since Tuesday).

    Thanks for the motivation! :)

    1. Riding my horse every weekend even though I'm scared, and it hurts.
    2. Getting under 100kg in 30 days.
    3. Being more tollerant of those in my house who eat rubbish, sulk and do nothing. Repeat after me "It is NOT my problem..."
