On September 4th, I committed to 30 days with no added sugar, so no pop, no candy, no sugary coffee drinks. This is Day 8.
I am also committing to:
- doing yoga every morning
- going to bed on time!0 -
I started my monthly commitments on 9/9. I commit to:
-no soda. I was up to 3-5 cans a DAY and went cold turkey with it.
-no smoking. Bad, bad, nasty habit!
-drinking at least 6 glasses of water a day. I'm a horrible water drinker, but I am really making the effort.
I'm adding on a commitment of 500 minutes of exercise (counting the 85 I've already done since Tuesday).
Thanks for the motivation!0 -

-64 ounces of water a day
-starting Stronglifts 5x5 at some point in the next month0 -
