I was 95 to 105 until I had my first baby and it was a struggle from there on. Was so use to eating pretty much anything I wanted and not gaining. Has taken a long time to learn a new and healthier life style. (Highest weight 172, back now to 125.6). Don't think I'll ever see high school weight again!

I believe you said you were LOSING at 1540 so I'm not sure why you felt the need to up your calories. When I upped mine it was because I had STOPPED losing. I agree with absolutely everyone. You have the advantage of the food diary to help you figure out what you can eat. Log it in and if it has too much fat, too much sugar, etc. don't eat it. Just delete it and try something else. After a while you will learn what is good for you and what is not. That doesn't mean you can…
