I can't see myself paying that much money for Shakeology! Slim Fast chocolate shakes in the can when I tried it were delicious and great for on the go. Not to mention affordable especially coming from a college student perspective.

I'm ready for the challenge. Name: April Joy Current Weight: 224 End of Challenge Goal Weight: 190 Plans: Workout 6 days a week with Turbo Fire, P90X, walking uphill 4 times a week, and stay under calorie goal. Monitor carbs, fast food, processed food, and sugar.

Hey I'm April Joy and I can completely relate to your story. I also lost weight around 30 pounds and gained it back. The best things to do right now is just start counting calories again and get moving. Remember how good it felt when you accomplished a goal and just do it and keep doing it.
