  • I watch my carbs but I have oatmeal or 1 cup of honey nut cheeros with almond milk for breakfast. If I must have carbs (bread, pasta) it's whole wheat and I have it at least 8 hours before I plan on going to bed and always before my workouts because it gives your body more time to burn off the carbs throughout the day.

  • Diet soda can be considered negative water so just drink what you drank in soda and it shouldn't effect your weight loss. You do what works for you to improve your lifestyle and eating habits. For me it's better to chew a piece of gum with a few sugar alcohols versus eat that slice of cake, pie, or sushi roll.

  • I enjoy Kroger Carbmaster yogurt in a variety of flavors. For one container it's 60 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 4g carb, 3g sugar, and 8g protein. If you don't have Kroger in your city, Dannon light and fit has a low carb yogurt
  • I purchased them and sent them back because it wasn't worth it. Fire 60 is ok but I'd rather do Fire 55 and just do some other workouts. If you spend 120 dollars look into another workout program like Hip Hop Abs, Rockin Body, P90X, or Chalean Extreme. That's just my opinion.
