I'm thinking about just starting the 17 day diet tomorrow because I'm on Day 4 of the FSD and it basically the same thing but without meat. I only go to the 24/hour walmarts extremely late at night if im awake or early in the morning. i just cannot take the environment and dealing with the people that shop and work there. it's exhausting but i love the low prices

If you go to Walmart in their fitness section they have several DVDs for $10 like Jilian Michaels and Biggest Loser.

I was going to ask the same thing. Turbo Fire is a great workout for me to do at home. You might not be burning enough calories per day. You lose weight by burning more calories than you consume.

I might try this because sometimes when my shoes laces are too tight the top of my foot hurts and this can be inconvenient when working out.

Yes but compared to what a lot of us have been eating (fast food, fried food, high calorie) it's an improvement. I'd rather eat actual meals than Shakeology and Slim Fast at this point anyways. Shakeology tastes horrible and isn't worth the price in my opinion.

Try http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm This is a pretty accurate calculator and the caloric intake was similar to what was recommended by my physician and Beachbody fitness site versus MFP. My calories on MFP are way overboard if I want to lose at least 2 pounds per week.

http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm I use this tool along with recommendations from Beachbody since I'm doing Turbo Fire. These tools seem to be a bit more accurate than MFP because with MFP the expected caloric goal was excessive.

HIIT workouts are designed for the after burn instead of the initial calorie burn. Fire 30, 45, and 55 are for high calorie burns right after workout. That paired with HIIT you are destined to see results.
