My fast food go to: Subway oven roasted chicken on wheat bread with lettuce, cucumber, green pepper, onion and light mayonnaise. Burger King grilled chicken sandwich (half bun) and apple slices.

I work 7a to 7p three days a week so on those days I workout after work but before I eat dinner. (45 to 60 min workout after running in the ER for 12hrs isn't easy but I just keep pushing play). On my days off I workout around 2-3 pm.

Just finished Day 2 (Plyometric Cardio) and I used my HRM. I took a few more breaks than I would have liked and completely failed at the one exercise but I still burned 421 calories during the 42min workout and I made it through without quitting.. I CAN DO THIS!

Water is water. Any water you get is better than no water. And the 64oz of water a day rule includes the water that is contained in foods you eat. The original study, from years ago, even included that info but nobody ever states that fact.

Just finished Day 2. Didn't feel too bad this morning but my thighs were definitely letting me know they how they felt as the day went on. I'm wondering if I'll be able to get out of bed in the morning.
