There are some crazy calories numbers eating out, that's for sure! I remember how shocked I was that a Chick-Fil-A breakfast was over 1000 calories. That was a wake up to me--"Oh, that's how I gained all that weight...two fast foodish meals a day and very little exercise..."

I'm in the same boat--I lost 30 pounds relatively quickly (2.5 months), but had a couple weeks of pure stress/workaholicism and not feeling well and am at a plateau, but I have 40-60 more pounds to go! I just joined a zumba class to mix up my exercise some more, and I'm going to try to scale down on drinks with calories…

I agree with those who say that people aren't meaning to tempt you. Some people, though, may even be uncomfortable, knowing that they need to watch their eating habits & do better, so they try to get you to join them in their bad habits. I was out of calories by one evening this week just as visiting family wanted to go…

Congrats! I lost 9 pounds before joining & have lost 9 more since. I think this site helps with accountability + the ability to know restaurant food's calories. There was an article recently that said having to record something daily in regards to weight loss helps people lose more. :)

They help me feel the exercise a lot more--playing tennis & walking uphill leave a couple of days' lingering feeling. I didn't feel any different using SlimQuick for two months. I'm using Lipo6 now & feel like they're aiding my weight loss. I'll see after more time passes. Sometimes the pills just take time to kick in, so don't rule it out yet.
