Day 3 done. 120 crunches, 75 squats and I did 11 push-ups on my knees! Whew!

I'm in. I started the last one over a week behind and I crapped out. This time I get to be on the same day as y'all to keep me motivated. I'll pass on the pushups but will work harder on the other two. Day one complete!

Lots of veggies! Peas, lima beans, asparagus, broccoli, artichokes all have decent protein value for very little calories. Corn, snow peas, kale, zucchini.

Day 11. 60 crunch 120 squat. I did 60 squats then the abs then back up to finish the squats. Started giving out toward the end but I just went lower and lower and made those last 10 squats REALLY count!
