  • Very interesting! I agree totally with the estimate it gave me. The formula says I am large boned, and at 5'4" should weigh 134-151. My goal is 150. Question is...can a 42 year old mother of nine lose 125 pounds while going to school full time? Hmmmmm. Sheri
  • Thanks for the great ideas, guys. I am not cutting carbs altogether, but I am really carb heavy right now, and that needs to change. For this morning, I had a lowfat yogurt, and then when I was more awake, I had 3/4 cup Fiber One cereal with about 1/3 cup of skim milk. I am still hungry, so I am drinking water in hopes it…
