Pre-packaged meal plans....which ones?
Having a hard time making time for me to prepare meals, and I am getting very frustrated. I am thinking of trying a pre-packaged meal plan like Nutrisystem, or Jenny Craig. Anyone have any experience? Opinions? Sheri

How do I eat less sodium
when everything seems to have sodium in it? Sheesh...I am trying to cook from scratch as much as possible, though I had been eating steamfresh veggies and grilled chicken strips for lunch. New scale, breastfeeding, weight gain....
I have upped my calories per Drs orders, started exercizing, drinking my water. I have gained 7 pounds. Yep, that is the five pounds I had lost, plus two more. Very frustrated about this. Is it my body adjusting to healthier foods, and exercize? I mean, SEVEN POUNDS? REALLY!? Anyone experience this type of thing? Sheri

I am always hungry when I get up, and since morning is not my favorite time of day, I tend to grab whatever is easy. Toast, muffins, frozen waffles.
