i feel bloated after a big breakfast - i tend to spread my cals over the day, no meal is much higher in cals than the other

ok so i found some other ham that is the same but 93 cals per 100g - obviously the supermarket has made a mistake...i should ring them up :grumble:

definitly! ive been a binge eater for 9 years and these past 2 weeks (ive only been on mfp 2 weeks) are the first i havent binged or restricted and felt hungry. hey all! i just did day 3 of level 1 - and my legs are constantly sore at the moment! sometimes my arms but i dont have hand weights yet so are just using 400g canned food which isnt as effective but oh well! would love to go for a walk as well during the day but the child is sick so i cant - will just see how effective…

im finding it hard to even get to 1200 by eating healthy! i know i could have a few unhealthy snacks which would up my calories (im normally on 1050-1200 most days) but i want to do this healthily so am going to go and buy some natural peanut butter and try and eat more healthy things - ive only been doing this for two…

thanks all for your very helpful answers :) guess il just keep going as i am, and see what happens! and i tend to only eat the wholegrain carbs most of the time with a few meals including white noodles (i hate wholegrain pasta) and potatoes.

agree :) im a single mum of a 3 year old and studying as well - we eat heaps of frozen veges, plus crackers and treats - and the cheaper cuts of meat. of course when i finish uni we will hopefully be able to afford the "better quality" food - but to lose weight and live healthy you DONT have to live all organic, "clean"…

im only into day 2 level 1 and im not following the eating plan either - just eating at intervals when my body tells me to and trying to add more protein - i dont really worry about the breakdown of carbs/protein/fat yet but i spose i will have to once i lose a bit more weight

ive only started this week, but why cant you still have those foods if you are calorie counting and just add them in? or did you mean big portions

i have the same problem at the moment - really struggling to reach the 1200 calorie goal. ive been adding nuts, cheese into my snacks, and the odd muesli bar here and there - and snacks such as yogurt after dinner. - understand hw you feel though it is hard!

hi! im the same as you, 24. lose then gain then lose then gain and one of my major obstacles in life is the fear of failure, add me as a friend if you want :) im trying hard to eat more than 1000 calories but it is definitly hard! but i know that if i at least document what i eat i still have calories left over :)
