I have been eating Paleo (with some dairy) for the past couple of months while excersising 4-5 times a week. I have dropped quite a bit of weight and started toning up. i certainly do - and i think that is because of the height, and not feeling "feminine" or "petite" enough, especially growing up where all the boys seemed to want the girls who were short, petite, cute etc. now im finally coming into my own, but sometimes that thought is still there that leads me into a binge (like today)

tall girls! carbs question!
im finding it hard to keep carbs low, and im pretty sure with my (our) height we need them! im eating anywhere from 120g-200g of carbs a day (mostly from oats, fruit/veges,grains,bread) - how are you all going with carbs?

1400 calories...how many carbs?
i am never under 100, my lowest is probably 120, but i can eat around 190 at my heighest as well. will i still lose weight from this? my carbs mainly come from oats, bread, fruits&veges, and meat (sometimes soup with barley etc in it) - im worried that it is bad for me and i should be eating less?

how much do you let sugar affect you? i am always above in sugar. around 60-70g a day. it mainly comes from fruit, bread, yogurt, and milk. day 5 of mfp - cold and tired!
im a yo yo binge eater, and im trying to take weight loss slow this time. I feel like i am eating "just enough" but would like to up my cals? in a healthy way as i think this is why im feeling cold and tired since ive started this (only 5 days ago) - my diary is public. maybe more good fats?

GREAT eating and weight loss for 3 or so weeks...then its AL

hi all..ive decided im eating too many carbs - today was 200g worth. all through wholemeal and veges, fruits, crackers, but still may explain why im feeling so sluggish and heavy. any ideas? thanks in advance :)

im not feeling any different at all...
im nearly at healthy bmi - 1kg off it. normally im feeling light, skinny, at the moment i still feel fat, yuck, maybe because its the first week of summer? i tend to eat healthy - around 140/150g of carbs (comes from wholemeal pita bread, oats, and f&v mainly), 60g protein, fat is at around 30g - should i reduce the carbs?…

why is it that after the first 10kgs/pounds
you feel bigger and fatter than you did before you started losing the weight? i feel so big and yuck at the moment - maybe because im focussing on my body a lot more? i hope it passes.

anyone easily overheat/sweat
or have a really hot body temperature? i feel like in the summer i dont even feel like excersising or eating healthily because i sweat soo much and just feel fat from all the mugginess - anyone else feel like this? how do i get over it?

aside from being terribly unhealthy for you (i know all about the dangers etc its my choice at the end of the day and i will quit once some of this weight has come off-its my only vice for not binging at present) does it affect your weight loss at all?

protein shakes with as much sugar as protein?
what is a good guidline for protein shakes? i bought some from the supermarket a while ago but was put off by the amount of sugar it had in it - there was 20.8g of protein per serving but 22g of sugar. is this normal??? or a protein shake disguised as "healthy" but actually not?
