im nearly at healthy bmi - 1kg off it. normally im feeling light, skinny, at the moment i still feel fat, yuck, maybe because its the first week of summer? i tend to eat healthy - around 140/150g of carbs (comes from wholemeal pita bread, oats, and f&v mainly), 60g protein, fat is at around 30g - should i reduce the carbs? they are such an important part of my diet i would be extremely hungry without them.
