I have been eating Paleo (with some dairy) for the past couple of months while excersising 4-5 times a week. I have dropped quite a bit of weight and started toning up. However i know i am not eating enough, i want to up my cals to 1400, and also find something other than smoothies that i can eat every day (since i workout in the morning). I do not include the oils and sauces in my food dairy, probably another 100-200 cals there. I am 5'11. I want this to be sustainable.
How do you set your macros, and what macros should i be aiming for?

Hi there. I used this post to help set my macros and I know others have had success with it: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/819055/setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets But do note that there are a lot of different ways to set your macros and personal needs and preferences should be taken into account, so don't be afraid to play around and find what works best for you.
As for upping your calories, you probably want to start logging your oils and sauces. Depending on what you use, it could easily add up to more than 100-200 calories daily. This list isn't strictly paleo, but you might find some ideas of what to add here: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10142490/a-list-of-calorie-dense-foods0 -
