It's a workout plan/DVD by Jillian Michaels made to do over a 30 day period. It has 3 levels of exercise. You do Strength, Cardio, & Abs. It's a pretty good workout!0

Its a great workout, especially something that only takes 20 min (25 including the warmup/cooldown).
You don't need any equipment (weights if you want)
