    It's a workout plan/DVD by Jillian Michaels made to do over a 30 day period. It has 3 levels of exercise. You do Strength, Cardio, & Abs. It's a pretty good workout!

    Its a great workout, especially something that only takes 20 min (25 including the warmup/cooldown).

    You don't need any equipment (weights if you want)

    And you will sweat!!

    It's an awesome workout as is her Ripped in 30 DVD. Great stuff, builds muscle, builds endurance, builds confidence!
