that sounds right? if you want to change it put your activity at sedentary, then eat back half of your excersice calories that you expend? there is no set rule and i try not to follow the numbers exactly, i listen to what my body needs also. i just have what i want in moderation - normally every second day (sometimes everyday) i have chocolate, or a slice of some kind, or even a little bit of full fat icecream. i seem to be losing weight on it. - however may have to change as i get closer to my goal

everything costs more to me when im bingeing/not eating healthy. always trying to make sure there is junk food in the house, not budgeting properly, not living properly. the price of a gym membership and healthy food (it actually costs me less buying healthy food) is priceless to me.

also tips on how to get protein in in this weather - ive felt positively sick trying to reach my 60g of protein a day because it just feels like it weighs me down....last thing you feel like in summer is meat, eggs, etc. bleurgh

eating healthy can be cheap too - i buy cans of tuna, kidney beans, yogurt, salad, apples, nuts, pasta, - not that hardd. but i am getting bored of the same things everyday!
