1400 calories...how many carbs?

i am never under 100, my lowest is probably 120, but i can eat around 190 at my heighest as well. will i still lose weight from this? my carbs mainly come from oats, bread, fruits&veges, and meat (sometimes soup with barley etc in it) - im worried that it is bad for me and i should be eating less?

    wait - im confused - to make 100%? fat and protein both = 96, so would i only be able to eat 4 gram carbs? btw i did my weight in kgs not pounds...

    If you wanted to do 1400 calories skim most off the carbs and a little off the fat. Protein at 100g may also be sufficient.
