GREAT eating and weight loss for 3 or so weeks...then its AL

ALL ON *open diary* this is the pattern of my life for around 9 years. i eat really well for 3/4 weeks, lose enough weight to feel "healthy" and even look a little bit fit, generally reach my healthy bmi weight (the highest point) then it just turns into a big binge! i feel like i havent been depriving myself of foods this time, but could it be a psychological thing as to why i cant get past the first hurdle? or is it because the weight loss has now slowed down? i dont know but i need help to get past this hurdle, i dont want to turn into a big lethargic mess again..i already feel like im on that road (it only takes around 2 months to gain all the weight back) and its only been a 2 day binge.
