Site-see the healthy way! Get a map of the streets and rather than cab or bus, just walk. That way, even if you go over calories sometimes, you are still exercising AND getting to learn/explore at the same time!

Visited my local farmer's market, stocked up on tons of fresh veggies and healthy legumes, then had to carry it around for many hours... I therefore both bought healthy AND weight lifted the whole afternoon haha!

I'm 5"1.5 and was originally aiming for 150 because I was around 200 lbs, and 50 lbs seemed so far off. Now, as I edge very close to the 150s, I am re-evaluating and I think 130 will be good for me. I've been heavy my entire life so that would be a very healthy goal.
