I chop up chicken and coat it in mustard or sweet chilli and grill it the night before and add it to a salad with a small tin of 4 bean mix and take to work - no heating up required. You could also do vita weats with ham, slices of tomato and cheese.

This is how I do it: Brekky - 300cal Snack - 100 - 150 cal Lunch - 300 cal Snack - 100 - 150 cal Dinner - 400 cal Roughly.
