When Sawyer recognized juliet in Season 6 of LOST

I had a baby in January. She was born at 8lb 11oz. She's still in the 90+ percentile for height, weight and head circumference. This is typical of my older 2 children, as well one who is 16 and 150 lbs at 5ft7.5 the other who is 11 and 4ft 11 and 80 lbs. So, for me, if my children were not in the 90+ percentile for height…

My whole weight loss journey revolved around getting into a wedding dress, and then we honeymooned on a cruise. :) The alcohol is what did me in. i made a deal with my husband that we would ONLY take the stairs. And we lived up to that until the very last day. Running on the treadmill was also really interesting. There's…

I have mine set at 2 lbs per week now. I did have it set for 1.5 lbs and I saw no change. I've had it set at 2 now for about a week, and I've lost 2.

I have a 16 year old, a 10 year old and a 15 week old. I'm 37 and started all over with a new husband (and subsequent pregnancy) last year. Before my wedding, I lost 55lbs and with my pregnancy, I gained over 70. I'm now trying to start all over and get back to where I was on my wedding day!

Thank you thank you thank you for the pic of Sawyer!!! I miss him. :(

I've been thinking about doing this. My problem is, I get so bored of DVDs. Do you guys do 30 days non stop, or do you take rest days? I also try to run 3 days a week (or more if I am motivated), would I be able to keep that up? Run on a day I've done the workout, or alternate?

Add me, too, please!!

I almost didn't change my name when I GOT married. My husband wasn't fond of this idea, and didn't even really like the idea of hyphenating. I have 2 children without my husband and told him I was gonig to wait until the little one was married before changing my name. I'm also 36 and LIKE my old name much better than my…

mmmm.... oatmeal. I eat oatmeal almost every day. I sweeten it with a teensy bit of brown sugar sometimes. Or sometimes, if I'm really hungry, I'll add Isopure protein powder (no carbs). Also, Peanut Butter!!! That is my favorite! Oatmeal is so great, because it's all about YOU and what you will like! Try different things!…

Not at all!! I HATE it when my husband calls me his "Wifey" and he knows it! Thankfully, he's an awesome man and stopped doing it (he thought it was cute) when I told him how it irritated me. :) I've never called him my "hubby", btw.

This. Chills every time. :)

I'm pregnant too!! Congrats!! From everything I've read, you should find out what your maintanence calories are and eat those. Keep up with your workouts, and your water. Maybe even upping your water. Try to get your calories in healthy ways, rather than do what I've done and jsut eat whatever isn't nailed down. :) In the…

My aha moment was going to pick out a wedding dress. I had about 9 months to shop, and I picked out the dress I wanted oniline, I just wanted to go to the store to make sure it fit. I had been going through the motions of Weight Watchers and been a member of my gym for several years. I lost 22 lbs between January 1 and…

Hello, it's telling me my buddy is not a member on MFP. :( I also noticed my Buddy will not be able to contact me as my user name is spelled wrong. Would you mind terribly inboxing me my buddy's user name, please?

I have the same HRM and I used to question it's accuracy, too. What you can do, is take the data from HRM where it says "Average HR" and put it into an online calculator that determines how many calories you burned based on your weight, duration and HR. Mine always were very close. I think some people burn more calories…

What about counting the class as Calesthenics?

I'd LOVE this Challenge! I particularly like the idea of a Buddy! I got married at the end of March, and I totally kicked butt in my weight loss journey up until then. Now that "Crunch Time" is over, I'm really struggling with my eating and need a good swift kick in the pants! My friend is getting married June 9. I have a…

This. I never thought I would ever encounter another person who didn't say, "EWWWWW" to this.

You don't realize it because you don't know what you feel like totally hydrated. Take a week where you consciously drink 80 ounces of water every day and after you getting over how much time you spend in the bathroom, see how much better you feel. :) It's normal to not realize your lack of water when you consistently don't…

At first I think, ok, one foot in front of the other, I'm committing for x amount of miles. Then, it's oh Jeez, am I gonna make it? Then Where's the bathroom? Ok, in 15 more steps I'm gonna drink. Ok, in 15 more steps I'm gonna sprint. What time is it? What mile am I on? Where's the bathroom? When can I drink? Am I gonna…

This is a good topic for me right now. Thank you so much for posting. I need to PURGE!!! After a binge physically I feel dry. My lips crack, my pee is dark, my poop is hard, my skin is dry, my nose is dry. I feel like my stomach sticks out farther. My legs feel heavy, my joints ache. (I really think it's in my head, tho)…

Zumba sucks. i think i might be the only person on the planet that hates it. but it's true (for me, anyway). Sometimes I'm waiting for my kickboxing class to start, and the women coming out of Zumba either look like they just got finished putting on their make-up, or like they just got beat up. I never understood why…

Find a store that will watch you run. There are shoes out there made for each individual type of runner. You need to decide what type of shoe is best for you. You can get the analysis, then find the shoes cheaper online. :)

I orignally picked a number that sounded good. Looked good. Wasn't too close to the high end of healthy, but seemingly doable. I have rethought my goal weight thanks to a couple of calculations I've done, and I think I'm closer to my goal than I thought! I'm also in a "healthy" range of Body Fat percentage, which I NEVER…
