counting calories burned for Boot camp please help

i counted bout 550 calories for a hour long boot camp class which include 6 min jump jacks 6 min jump rope 15 min walking lunges sprinting with 20 pound sand bags flipping tires and bench pressing a pole filled with water...am i giving myself to many cals burned or to little...i know u cant tell exactly but just an estimate please

I do boot camp also. I usually count it as 450 cals, but I like to be cautious. I am 160lbs; I don't know what you weigh but if you a bit heavier than that then 550 is likely a good guess0

Doing all that... Most likely is a bit of an underestimate... But we get no additional weight loss for being right... Just for consuming less than we exert. If you find the results are not what you expect, you can always adjust.0

What about counting the class as Calesthenics?0

A heart rate monitor w/chest band that tracks calories burned would be ideal here! I have one from Timex that works great and only cost me about $40.0

Is this MYBOOYCAMP or just the regular bootcamp class? I am trying to find the calories burned for that. I am 5'5 and weigh 130.0
