Well, that's the beautfy of MFP for me. I still like to eat something sweet, but then I compensate with other healthy meals. I would never be able to figure out correct calories without MFP:)

Don't worry, better protein than carbs. And if you eat soooo much protein that your body can't process it anymore, it will just turn into carbs anyway. But you would need A LOT of protein for that.
